PB6000 is a user-friendly professional thermal binding machine, ideal for heavy duty printing applications. Uniquely designed nipping bars on the chrome nippers can be easily replaced. The machine can be applied to the binding task of soft cover (70-300 gsm) or hard cover (2 mm). PB6000 can satisfy customers’ various need for book binding. The notching and milling cutters will roughen folded sheets with its great roughening ability, ensuring better glue penetration. PB6000 can be used in two modes and you can choose either way as you like. Efficient paper dust vacuum system keeps the environment clean and help ensure a consistently firm binding. A paper dust bag is attached to the machine and it offers easy access for cleaning.
